The Show Callers are the conductor of the event.
Their main responsibility is to deliver the audience experience. Experts in their field, they can arrive onsite a few days before the show, be briefed, run detailed rehearsals and prepare a plan A, B and C ready for show day.
They ensure very element of the show works together in unity. Speakers, performers, video content, music, lights, special effects, animals and even the audience, all working together harmoniously! Timing is crucial in scripts, run of show sheets and even when to simply just walk on and off the stage. Who’s doing what and when? What happens when something is off cue or out of time?
When things go off plan, this is the show caller’s time to shine. To call the show and render these moments invisible so no spectators will notice what went wrong.
