> Project Management : Venue contracts and liaison, Budget management, Supplier management, Branding & Production, Post event Reporting and financial closing.
> Website Management : Upgrading & maintaining the dedicated Conference Microsite.
> Delegate Management : Co-ordinating and communicating with 300+ Investors & Corporates pre, during and post event.
Resulting in:
> 170 Investors & 141 Corporates attendance
> 655 meetings across 2 days
> 9 month project time-line from sign-off to the events successful execution
